Great Value — Semi-Rigid Support for Lumbar Stability & Pain Relief
Description:
The PRIMSPINE MODULAR is a semi-rigid lumbosacral brace designed to combine support, adjustability, and comfort at a competitive price. Its BoostFit fabric construction, with double-channel stretch knit, offers excellent breathability and adapts well to body contours.
The brace includes 4 malleable stays in a non-elastic panel for support, plus a double tensioner (criss-cross) band with front double closures to provide both lumbar and abdominal compression.
It is suitable for a broad set of lumbar conditions: lower back pain, lumbosciatica, osteoarthritis, early osteoporosis, disc protrusion, post-operative recovery, muscle weakness, and mild sprains.
Because of its modular design, it can often be paired with additional modules (e.g. dorsolumbar support) for more extended coverage or rigidity.
Key Features:
4 malleable stays embedded in a semi-rigid panel
Double tensioner / dual strap system, front closure
BoostFit stretch fabric — breathable, body conforming
Modular compatibility with other PRIMSPINE components
Semi-rigid Level 3 support (moderate structural control)
Available in both low-back and high-back heights
Recommended Use Cases:
Chronic low back pain or lumbar strain
Degenerative changes or osteoarthritis in the lumbar region
Post-surgical or post-injury lumbar support
Mild to moderate instability, especially when a rigid brace is not yet needed
Users needing adjustable support with comfort and modular flexibility

-
Place the brace wrap so that the stays align along the lumbar region (not too high or low).
-
Apply the main band firmly, then use the criss-cross tensioners to fine-tune compression and support.
-
Adjust the stays (they are malleable) to better match spinal curvature if needed.
-
Ensure you can still move and breathe comfortably — aim for firm support, not rigid constraint.
