BraceX Recommended Brace for Ulnar Nerve (Cubital Tunnel) Support and Nighttime Protection 💪🌙
Description:
The Cubital Comfort Brace is a lightweight, adjustable support designed to relieve pressure on the ulnar nerve at the elbow — commonly associated with Cubital Tunnel Syndrome (ulnar nerve entrapment). It gently maintains the elbow in a neutral or slightly extended position, preventing excessive bending that can irritate the nerve and cause numbness, tingling, or pain in the ring and little fingers.
This brace is particularly effective for nighttime use, when the elbow tends to flex during sleep. Soft padding and a breathable fabric lining ensure comfort throughout the night, while the adjustable straps provide a secure yet gentle fit. It can also be worn during the day to prevent prolonged flexion during work or repetitive activities.
The Cubital Comfort Brace provides an easy, non-invasive solution to reduce nerve irritation and promote healing — a trusted choice for conservative management of cubital tunnel symptoms.
Key Features:
Anatomically Contoured Design: Supports the elbow at a comfortable angle to minimize ulnar nerve compression.
Lightweight and Breathable: Soft inner lining and vented shell enhance airflow and skin comfort.
Adjustable Straps: Allow customized fit and desired extension angle for optimal comfort.
Low-Profile Design: Slim enough for daytime wear and comfortable enough for overnight use.
Universal Fit: Available in multiple sizes for both left and right arm.
Recommended For:
Cubital Tunnel Syndrome (ulnar nerve entrapment)
Numbness, tingling, or weakness in the ring and little fingers
Nighttime nerve protection to prevent elbow flexion during sleep
Post-operative protection following ulnar nerve decompression
Prevention of nerve irritation from repetitive or sustained flexion
Cubital Comfort Brace
Position the brace so the elbow rests comfortably within the padded channel. The hinge or contour should prevent bending beyond 45–60°, keeping the arm near a neutral or slightly extended position. Adjust straps to ensure firm but gentle support.
Measure length from mid-forearm to mid-humerus (i.e. the midpoint between the forearm and the upper arm).
Short if the length is less than 11½ inches (~ < 29 cm)
Long if the length is 11½ inches or more.
