Targeted Stabilization and Pain Relief for the Sacroiliac (SI) Joints and Pelvis 🦴
The Bauerfeind SacroLoc is a premium, medical-grade pelvic and SI joint brace designed to relieve pain, improve stability, and restore alignment in the lower back and pelvis.
It combines a firm yet comfortable pelvic belt with two tensioning straps and a pair of integrated dorsal pads that provide precise pressure to the sacroiliac joints. This targeted support relieves strain on the ligaments and promotes functional realignment of the pelvis — reducing pain associated with SI joint dysfunction, pelvic instability, or postpartum changes.
Its dual-strap system and precision pads provide targeted compression that relieves pain, supports alignment, and restores functional movement — making it a BraceX-recommended choice for patients with pelvic instability, postpartum pain, or chronic sacroiliac dysfunction.
The SacroLoc provides a secure, anatomically contoured fit that stabilizes without limiting movement, making it ideal for active wearers, postpartum recovery, or those managing chronic pelvic or lower-back pain.
Key Features:
Dual Tensioning Straps: Allow customizable compression for optimal stabilization of the SI joints.

Breathable, Skin-Friendly Fabric: Keeps the body cool during prolonged use.

Bauerfeind SacroLoc
Position the SacroLoc around the pelvis (not the waist) so the rear pads sit directly over the SI joints. Fasten the main belt snugly, then pull the tension straps forward and attach for the desired compression level. The brace should feel firm and supportive but still allow comfortable sitting and walking.
Measure the pelvic circumference at the widest part of the hips.
Tip: If between sizes, choose the smaller for a firmer, more supportive fit.
